Very bad experience. I asked them to make a glass in the shape of a quarter circle. They said it should be done in roughly a week, but every week I called, I get nothing but excuses: workers are taking a break, the lady I want to speak isn't here but she'll call back, they have to start from scratch because of how difficult it was for them to make the shape, etc. (They always say they'll call me back in a week, but they almost never do, meaning I had to check in myself almost every time). I needed a new windshield and decided to call Eglass. They were able to come out to our home and worked directly with our insurance so we didn't have to deal with anything. I continue to call them for all of my glass needs because their customer service is second to none. I would recommend them to anybody with any type of glass needs.
They do great work in a timely matter and real great prices Honestly some of the best quality work and customer service out there. They went above and beyond for me both on my house and vehicle. WILL definitely use again!!
I have used eglass for my windshield replacement, a garage window & they even were able to fix a work truck window at my construction company. They can do it ALL! I've recommended them to many family & friends, as they have continued to provide exceptional service for everything glass. I will be having them do a customer shower door for me very soon & I know they'll do a great job. A family company that really cares about quality.
