I worked for this company in the rebates processing department and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. They have a pattern of hiring full-time employees, only to let them go unexpectedly without warning or explanation, often followed by reposting the same position shortly after. There is very little communication regarding performance expectations, and no structured feedback is provided if you’re not meeting their standards. I've been a Member of EGIA since about 2007. Originally we used them for their financing partners, because they would finance things others wouldn't. When the current group of experts took over in about 2015, the value rose and I dropped another Best Practices and Coaching Group to access the success I believed would come from an EGIA relationship.
