Excellent company and highly credible. Weve used EGI for several year as our supplier of electronics. Their prices are great and customer support superb! We highly recommend them.
Same thing, I ordered a pair of QSC K12.2 in March and they haven't arrived. They were back ordered but came in around May but still haven't shipped. No response from anyone. Going to start litigation against them shortly.
EGI Electronics is the worst ! I paid for speakers in March and have been given the run around for almost six months. When i was able to speak with a representative, they would tell me my speakers are in customs and they will recall me back with a status and they never do. Now I call and immediately get the answering machine and they never respond to my emails or messages. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from this company.
