Refused to sell me insulin and syringes stating I ‘need a prescription.’ Legally, I don’t actually! I think maybe if someone is saying hey, my infusion site from my insulin pump ripped out and I need insulin, please let me buy that so I don’t get high blood sugar, you should probably sell them the insulin and syringes, right? Nope. Instead I was met with a ton of attitude, “why can’t you just go see your doctor?” Etc. This pharmacy at 115 humber college blvd is the worst. It is over expensive. I went there to buy my insulin and needles. Firstly, they overcharged me, secondly pharmacist was super busy and rude, didnt explain me to keep it refrigerated. And then refused to replace or refund. They put their own price tags on things there and please dont waste your money buying over- expensive products. Worst pharmacy ever.

was disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. We came in for a simple eye drop prescription and had to wait about 45 minutes, even though there were only a few customers ahead of us. The process seemed unusually slow, and the wait time was much longer than expected. Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience, and I would recommend being prepared for significant delays if you visit this location.

First and last time I will use this pharmacy. The turnaround time to get a simple prescription of Tylenol 3 was ridiculous and they were not busy. Three people behind the counter moving in slow motion. I waited 45 minutes to have the order filled. At any other pharmacy this was a max 15 turnaround. I would hate to see what they do when busy.
