Stopped by for dinner last Friday evening after wandering around downtown Chambly and honestly the crepe with smoked salmon hit exactly the spot. The dining room had this cozy, laid back vibe that made it easy to linger over coffee for an extra hour. Our server was super friendly and even gave us a couple recommendations for a walk along the canal afterward. Definitely going back next time I'm in the area, worth the wait if you go around 7pm on a weekend.

Drove up from Ontario for a family trip and stopped in for brunch on a Sunday morning, and the wait was barely ten minutes despite the place being packed. The eggs benedict with the maple sausage was honestly some of the best breakfast food I've had in years. Our server kept the coffee coming without us even asking, which felt like a small thing but made the whole meal more relaxed. Parking behind the building was easy to find too, so if you're ever passing through Chambly this is worth the stop.
