We stopped in Gilroy for breakfast as we headed out of San Jose towards Kings Canyon. Eggs & Waffles was a great choice! Friendly, quick service, delicious food, large menu with lots of choices. I had the caramel banana pecan waffle and my husband had the chorizo scramble. Of course, being in Gilroy we had to add a side of garlic fries to share. (It was a HUGE side too!) All of the food was fantastic. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.
Delicious food and coffee drinks. Everyone who works there is so friendly. One of my favorites in Gilroy.
Today, my spouse and I decided to give this restaurant a try. We’re very easygoing and understanding people, and we rarely leave complaints unless something is genuinely out of line. When we arrived, the host greeted us, and everything seemed fine. After waiting about 4–6 minutes, our server finally came to our table.
