I heard about EggPlant from a coworker, and I made it to the store recently. Amazing! They had great seeds from my favorite companies, all kinds of books, tools, canning supplies, beekeeping supplies, poultry supplies and classes! It is an outfitter for the urban farm and one of my new favorite stores! I have a feeling I will be going back...often.
A must for anyone who has interest in food and supporting a small, local business.

This is a hidden gem. Take your time as you wander through the store or take time to talk with Bob and Audrey about anything from raising chickens to brewing kombucha or growing vegetables.
They are FULL of knowledge! Ask a question about Urban Farming and you'll get an answer! GREAT selection and very reasonable prices!! From chicks and feed to trees and bee information, not to mention canning materials, books and classes! TOO MUCH TO TYPE-check them out in person!
