We were greeted on the first call by a very friendly, personable lady who answered the phone and asked questions. We were told someone would go look at it and give us their opinion/estimate. Three weeks later we received a call from a man, who had not looked at it but had questions about what we wanted to do. We called them to see what we needed to do. Great customer service! There are limited companies in Wisconsin that will re-locate a home! I believe I contacted all of them! Unbelievable the lack of customer service. This is not the case when I called Egge Building Jade is outstanding! Very personable. They got back to us in a very timely manner. Although- it's not advised to move the home. This company deserves a 5-star rating based on the customer service experience alone! If you treat a caller as a valued customer before they are one- I can only imagine how they are ... read more
