We were greeted on the first call by a very friendly, personable lady who answered the phone and asked questions. We were told someone would go look at it and give us their opinion/estimate. Three weeks later we received a call from a man, who had not looked at it but had questions about what we wanted to do. We called them to see what we needed to do.
