We've been here a couple of times. The food is amazing. But the last time they only had one guy trying to manage it all, so wait times were incredibly long. The food was still good, and the guy was trying his best.
2nd time it happens where I come at 2:30 or 2:40 & they say they’re closed. That all they’re serving is coffee or fries. I know you want to clean and go home, but what’s the point of you putting you close at 3:30pm when the kitchen closes at 2:30?…. It’s a restaurant…
Stopped by the Egg Tuck in City of Industry for breakfast, and I was really impressed. The location is clean, modern, and easy to get to, with plenty of parking. The staff greeted me with a smile, my order came out quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. I had one of their signature egg sandwiches, and it was cooked perfectly. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and the coffee was a great addition. Probably my worst restaurant experience in awhile. Food was ok but it took over an hour to get the food. I mean come on now. An hour? Not even like we placed a crazy big order or something. And it's not like we have that much time on our hands to wait for what's supposed to be a quick breakfast. People have commitments and schedules you know... We weren't the only ones waiting either. Location was severely understaffed. They didn't have anyone working at the front counter. You walk in and there's just nobody there. Not a goo... read more
