I was at the Silent Ice Arena for the Nisku Energy Tradeshow and stumbled upon Egg and Joy. Tried the maple and the biggie - easily top 2 sandwiches I’ver ever had.
Maple bacon sandwich was delicious, I'll definitely be back!
Second weekend in a row, just not open. Google tells us opens at 8am. Will review again if we can ever catch them open. Food sounds good and I like me a good breakfast sandwich.
Absolutely delicious maple bacon egg sandwich. One of the best things I've ever eaten
