Dr Mani is great. She really takes her time and called a few times to check on me after prescribing meds
Had a major issue with office staff. Couldn't get prescriptions out properly. Took over a week to fill out paperwork. On phone receptionist is extremely rude. Complained on several occasions. Nothing done about it. Dr. MANI has no compassion or bedside manners.
"Went in for a simple paperwork. Staff repeatedly assured me it was handled—total lie. They made me come back for an unnecessary appointment (billed my insurance) just to 'fix' it, then admitted days later they still hadn't filled it out. Drove there in person, asked for a copy so I could handle it myself—'didn't get around to it.' Gave them until 3:00 PM that day. Zero urgency, zero honesty, wasted my time and money.
