Wow what a surgery, fantastic doctors, great reception staff. Caring, listening, ready to make real effort Thank-you for being there
What a waste of time! Weeks until a telephone appointment can be arranged. Then they changed the time without telling me. Only visible through the app. Called me during a meeting earlier than planned and left a voicemail to call surgery. No one answers the phone at the surgery and so 2 weeks and no resolution.
Doctors have made so many mistakes here with my health and the receptionists have come out with some stupid remarks I don't trust this surgery one bit
Really good GPs surgery with friendly knowledgeable staff. They've been there when we really needed them, providing same day appointments when needed for my partner and baby. Highly recommend!
