As usual, the care at the Medical Park Drive Office is exceptional. Dr. Zayas is amazing. He takes the time to listen to me. He is compassionate and always ensures that me best interest is at heart. I feel safe in his care and when I am getting my treatment, the staff in the infusion room takes the necessary time to ensure that each patient is cared for properly and that they are safe as well. I would go to any other FCS office because the staff at the medical park drive office is very special.
My last visit went exceptionally well. There was very little wait time for me to get taken for my vital signs and weight to be checked and taken to the room. The doctor came in shortly thereafter and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining my results and plan of care. Everyone was kind and compassionate.
