Great Place to learn self defense, lots of physical exercise…. Great coach.
I had the absolutely unfortunate experience of working with one of the trainers, who promised she would assist with nutrition etc She also stated she would call, when she did not. I would Not recommend this business. The passive aggressive way of dealing with me personally I found disrespectful and insulting. And I’m questioning waa this a racial issue also? I came into their bootcamp through a free marketing programme they were offering. I was disrespected when I questioned why I wasn’t contacted. And was told by the coach.... read more
