This company is horrible, they told me they would refund my money for the product they sent that was too big. I sent it back to Egan Medical the day after I got it, with a letter attached which had my order number, name, and all the info they needed. I got tracking on the package so I know they received it, but I never got refunded!! They told me to re-order the product, so I did... but I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!! EGAN Medical offers the highest-quality products for the best prices on the web, and therefore literally in the entire world. Nowhere else can you get top brand-name maternity belts for $19-$22 LESS than you'd pay getting the same exact product from Wal-Mart or Target, the supposed low-cost retailers. EGAN's shipping is fast, and customer service stellar. All-in-all, an A+++ company.

I know LB. She work for another company that competes with them. They good people though. Egan that is. I wouldn't recommend the company she work for, but every time I need my vitamins or anything for my elderly momma Egan done me right.
Great prices, fast shipped, excellent service! I was extremely impressed by every single point of comparison Egan Medical had to offer relative to other similar companies. I got the same rollator for half what the local medical supply store wanted, I received it within 3 days of purchase and the gentleman was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me place my order by phone (I'm a bit too old to be ordering things over the computer...) All in all, I give them an A+++ and 5-Star rating!
USE any other company. These people are rude and unconscionable. They falsely advertise items and refuse to take them back. What they are doing is immoral! The products I ordered from Egan arrived and are NOT as described. The products were packaged in such a way I had to commpletely destroy the box to unpack them. I phoned to schedule a return and repeatedly got a recorded message to either send email or phone back. I did both and got no response. I phoned again did not get an answer to my email.
