I have wasted a ENTIRE day! I had to call them after giving me a promised time amongst other events, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will waste time and money! Consumers Beware of this company
BAIT and SWITCH!!!! May 19 th appt to do an air duct cleaning service was NOT the person that was in the photo of the company that I contacted or messaged ! Showed up in an old van NO COMPANY LOGO with horrible equipment . I’m surprised I even let them in my house.! Shame on me! Reported them to Facebook. I have tried to contact Darrin Thomas now I am blocked. None of the messages go through. I had EGAD Cleaning Service come to my house to clean out our duct work. At first everything went well, although he wanted to upcharge me for services he thought I needed. The problems started when he dropped his shop-vac when he was coming down from the attic. When it hit the floor, it exploded into a dust bomb and went all over the house. He did a mediocre job of cleaning it up. It was everywhere and we were cleaning it up for a month. He did more harm than good and my allergies acted up everyday for over a month. This "company" is a scam, no licensing, no actual business model, no receipts for proof of purchase without several days of asking (what what they did send is full of false information regarding their contact info.) The service I "received" seemed half done at best. I truly believe nothing was actually done to clean our vents. One star is too generous. This company sent a “chimney sweep” to our home. He ruined our gas logs, made a HUGE mess in our fireplace, stained our carpets, charged an extra $400 for work that we have now verified he did not actually complete. He threw a tantrum when I asked him to clean up after himself and insisted that we could burn our gas fire with the fireplace full of debris and soot.
