We’ve used EGthreads a few times and it was great, but our recent project had came out wrong and tried reaching out to them and never got a reply from customer service.
I had EG do a bunch of shirts and drawstring bags for our church youth camp. They turned out amazing! Great turn around time and perfect quality. Can’t recommend them enough. We will be using them again next year!

Placed a very big embroidery order when I received the order the color of the thread used didn’t match what I approved on the proof. I know there is a little difference between the proof and the thread but in this case the difference was very notorious. I had to give the order for free to my customer and pay all the supplies from my pocket
Poor print quality. Colors seems to be off placement. They refused to give me a refund when I proved they didn't do what I asked. Something is just not right with these people. I won't be back.
