I concur with the other customers who said they had a terrible experience with E.G. Tax. Their mistake resulted in an over-payment to the IRS of $660.00. I caught their mistake the following day but had to make multiple trips back to sign the amended return because they couldn't get it right for some reason. This all happened in February and early March. It's now July 8th and I still don't have the refund of the $660.00 from the IRS. I should have just used TurboTax as I have in the past. WARNING, PLEASE READ: I don’t normally write reviews but I feel obligated to save others from this pain. Having moved states, gotten married, changed employers, exceeded our highest income by far, and bought a car and home in 2023, we thought it would be best if we used a “tax professional” instead of TurboTax last year. We could not have been more wrong. After having HORRIBLE experiences with H&R Block in 2018 and now EG Tax in 2023, I will only use TurboTax in the future. Dave was the only good one here and he's retired. Go elsewhere. The 2 ladies that are always there are very rude and clueless. They have no idea what they're doing. I've gone here for 10 yrs.. off to H&R Block
I've been going here for years and I would always see a guy named Dave he was great with my taxes. Now that he retired I saw a different tax person and it did not go at all that good
