Hairstylist Jen had horrible customer service, does not respect your time.
Hairstylist Jen was an hour late. I had an appointment for 10am she was running late so we moved the appointment to 10:30am so I was expecting her to be there at 10:30am like a professional hairstylist or just like a normal person should be there in time but it was already 10:50am and no show.
Very professional and friendly. Estela did an amazing job on my hair and eyelashes!
