Had a hair/makeup session for 6 am because the photoshoot was at 10am and the hairstylist didn’t arrive at the salon until 6:30. When I mentioned to the receptionist at 6:25 that being this late to an appointment in an empty salon for services that are already prepaid is WILDLY disrespectful. She then told me that the salon doesn’t even normally open until 10am. I reminded her that I didn’t set the appointment, the hairstylist did. I had my hair cut and colored by Estela for the third time today. She does an amazing job. Today she asked me how I wanted it styled and I trust her so much I told her to do whatever she wanted. I love it!

I got my lips done (paid for a fully syringe) and you can barely tell other than the knots I have UNDER my bottom lip about 4 weeks later. Everyone I know who has had fillers done says I got scammed and there is no way they put a whole syringe in my lips.

I got there early (10:52a) for my 11a, and no one was in there, they started cleaning. I ended up leaving, not getting my hair cut. Why not cut your clients hair, then clean the mirrors, just curious. Extremely disappointed.
