This brokerage has made my first time home buying process a complete nightmare. I do not recommend this brokerage for any transactions. I communicated my wants and needs multiple times in writing and was assured they were representing me and handling everything and within a few days of moving in I learned that the repairs I requested were not completed. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Roszan Reina. Our experience was extremely disappointing and, at times, completely unacceptable. From the beginning, there were issues with honesty and professionalism. We were given misleading information on multiple occasions (we liked several homes on the lower end of our budget and Roszan would find a way to make the house unavailable.
