Juan came in, listen to the issue, trouble shot a few options and determined that pipes needed to be replaced. I appreciate that he tested his assessment first then fixed the actual issue. It’s only been a few days but so far so good, the pipe is unclogged.

Called them to possibly check an issue with my hot water heater. Sent a young man out, which was red flag, he claimed it was a wiring issue which he said was the problem, instead of checking for other possible problems and giving a true diagnosis, he recommended replacing the water heater, so that raised another flag, because the heater was new and instead of you checking it out you make the recommendation to get a new heater ..wow. Very nice family business. Unfortunately, the work they perform was not the best quality. They were able to find out that I have a waterline leak. However, they were not able to find the waterline and left me with 6 holes in my home and an unrepaired waterline. Then I was charged $485 for work that was not complete and left with nothing but holes that I need to find someone to repair. I offered to provide them the blueprint to my home so that they can see where the waterline is. The father said it wouldn't be helpful. After ... read more
