I hired EG Modern Construction for an SB9 project in Los Angeles, where we were able to split the main house and built a detached ADU above my garage. Erik was awesome! Not a single unanswered call, and he was very helpful throughout. He introduced me to his architects who helped me with the permits. EG Moden Construction converted my 650 sq.ft. garage in Glendale into an ADU, and I’m very happy with the results. Erik and his team took care of everything, from design and permits to construction. Thankfully, Erik came in with his knowledge and expertise letting me know that Sunland follows Los Angeles city's construction laws and regulations.
