I enjoyed working with EG Modern Construction. I needed a general contractor for my bathroom renovation as well as minor work in my backyard. Erik was responsive and gave me a very competitive price. I highly recommend EG Modern Construction for any general contracting project. I reached out to them for a junior ADU (JADU) studio with a separate bathroom, as well as a bathroom remodel in my main house in Pasadena. I honestly thought this project would be impossible, until I found EG Modern Construction. The team did the project exactly as planned, they were on time and delivered quality job. Erik is definitly the person to call for your construction needs.

I hired EG Modern Construction for an SB9 project in Los Angeles, where we were able to split the main house and built a detached ADU above my garage. Erik was awesome! Not a single unanswered call, and he was very helpful throughout. He introduced me to his architects who helped me with the permits. EG Moden Construction converted my 650 sq.ft. garage in Glendale into an ADU, and I’m very happy with the results. Erik and his team took care of everything, from design and permits to construction. The project was done on time that was promised and the quality was exceptional. My little garage with an addition turned into a perfectly designed and modern ADU.
