Eli was so incredibly helpful throughout our refinance process and did an amazing job of getting us to the finish line. We had some major hiccups and strange requests from the lender that had nothing to do with Eli. Yet through it all, Eli remained locked in on getting the deal done. Whether that meant pushing back on underwriter requests or using his expertise and strong rapport with underwriters to allow us to bypass certain requests.
