I had a mouse problem that didn’t seem to get solved for about 9 months with E & G, which became frustrating. Marco was one of the best techs that came out to my home. He was respectful and even wore booties to keep my floors clean. He was calming and reassuring as well as knowledgeable. He seemed to have fixed my issue and I’m grateful this is now behind me.

I’m updating my initial 1-star review of E&G Exterminators after they reached out to schedule a follow-up visit. This time they showed up on time, and the technician was efficient and thorough. I realize that ridding one’s house of rodents is a challenging effort and I don’t expect miracles from exterminators— maybe not on a first visit, anyway. But I am hoping the third time is a charm, and that the additional proofing E&G did today will help.

I had a yellow jacket infestation and Marko came out explained everything to me. Educated me on yellow jackets and proceeded to remedy the situation. Unfortunately it required an additional visit, that E&G covered under their warranty, a real class act and appreciated. Marko came out again and hopefully this time we are done with them. The hive is gone and he treated the entire area again. I have to say they honored their work and I will definitely use them again. Marko is the Bee Man he really knows his stuff.

We used E&G Exterminators for a flying squirrel issue in our attic. Ed was fantastic, he is knowledgeable and extremely thorough with his work. He explained everything to us and made sure the issue was resolved. Ed also gave us a solution to an existing mice problem.

Bats in our house was no joke! Our son was walking in the house at 1am and the bat almost hit him trying to get into our overhang. E&G came immediately, and the job was done in less than 24 hours. Jamie, Joe and Ken were so professional, calmed my fears and explained step by step how they were going to fix the problem and protect us going forward. They were significantly less money than 4 other quotes I received. I HIGHLY recommend them!
