I do not recommend using them. I was not happy with the service. They stated that I had a 3-month money-back guarantee if I was not satisfied, but when I called the owner, he said I owed him money for the service calls. These guys were treating for snakes. Out of the three times they came, they provided the correct service one out of the three times. It was after the 3rd one that I decided to give up on these guys and find someone else. We had squirrels scratching around our attic for weeks. E&G Exterminators came out quickly and set traps that worked within a day. They also sealed up the holes where the animals got in. The guy handling it, James, was very knowledgeable and respectful.
I can’t say enough good things about the technician, Jesse, who came out to our apartment today. He was professional and thorough and answered all of our questions. I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so impressed with his level of customer service and the time he took to explain things to us during the whole process. Very positive experience.
My husband and I called them to come and get rid of a rat issue that we have in the basement. They charged us $800 for their service, and guaranteed us that the gas spread in the basement would get rid of the animal.
