You won't receive the service specified in thee contract if you don't grasp their hand while they service your property. The servicing doesn't worry the technicians in the least. They ran through the truck's contents and removed the equipment, I believe on management's request, just to snap pictures. In less than five minutes, they were in and out, and they came up with a $190 cost.
