Ask for Ray! He spent the time to not only provide an initial inspection but returned to complete a more thorough one after we were able to remove some obstructions. His inspection came with an estimate and discussion of treatment options and possibly needed repairs. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best understanding possible of what to expect during treatment and repairs.

This was a frustrating and anger inducing experience. I made an appointment, in South Amboy NJ, for a mouse problem in the basement. The initial visit was fine, as the technician, let's name him M, placed a number of traps in the basement, attic, garage, and in the cabinet below the sink. I was informed to call them in two weeks whereupon the traps would be checked. I made the necessary call for the follow up visit. I had a mouse problem that didn’t seem to get solved for about 9 months with E & G, which became frustrating. Marco was one of the best techs that came out to my home. He was respectful and even wore booties to keep my floors clean. He was calming and reassuring as well as knowledgeable. He seemed to have fixed my issue and I’m grateful this is now behind me.

Who would have thought that in order to receive good old fashioned great, respectful service I'd need an exterminator🤣Anton was wonderful and didn't skip a beat in the "eviction" process of our unwanted guests. It was great to hear how much he really enjoyed working for his company, too! I'll call them back if I need to AND ask for Anton!!
