Svitlana is absolutely wonderful! She is so friendly and welcoming, and immediately makes you feel comfortable. She’s knowledgeable about hair, styles, and different techniques, and really takes the time to talk with you about what will work best for your hair. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling confident and happy. Highly recommend!
I was a loyal client of EFX for years because I consistently loved the long, layered cuts I received from Lilia. Unfortunately, my last two visits were extremely disappointing. The service felt rushed, and I left with a haircut that was uneven, sloppy, and completely different from how my hair had always been cut before.
