Reception is always nice and usually don’t have to wait long. First pregnancy I had no issues but with my second..I can’t remember what the radiologists name was as this was months ago but she was horrible… She came in and basically tried to tell me something was wrong with my baby at 18 week(plexus cysts) with very vague info on it. Very nice looking office; clean and comfortable. My tech and nurse were both amazing. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain throughout the entire ultrasound; the open communication helped me not be as nervous and to understand what I was seeing. We just moved here from BC which has been a crazy experience at 35 weeks pregnant, so I truly appreciate how welcoming they were. Thank you so much - would definitely recommend this location.
Amazing experience at EFW Radiology! The staff were welcoming, the doctors were kind and helpful, and the customer service was outstanding.
They don't do X-rays. I am giving it 5 star since they responded saying its not their fault. Yes, that's right. But this should be mentioned in your website or google so that people are not misguided. I drove all the way there only to find that it is a specialized center. It is a waste of time as people looking for x-rays are not 100% healthy and their efforts go useless.
