The nurses were great. The reciptionist that helped us (Theresa) was so rude. While I saw everyone going in to the ultrasound with their partners, she told me I can’t go in because “there is no room”. Also, they were asking everyone if they parked in the building to get a free parking but didn’t ask us that.
My Efw Seton experience was immaculate up until I had to have an unexpected X-ray. Dealing with Amy the X-ray technician at approximately 12:10pm on Friday June 26 had to have been the most up disturbing experience I’ve ever had. She was rude, abrupt, overtly disrespectful and commanding. As soon as I stood up she pointed to me in the dressing room commanded me to get back in the dressing room and treated me as though I was some sort of dumb animal. Disappointing watching customers pick thru boxes of soft fruit exchanging fruit from one box to another. Left my name and phone number for the manager who was too busy to meet with me but never received a call.
