Awful experience. Paid for parking just before 12:00 (rip off), headed inside for walk-in service (stated they were OPEN online & on phone), went to the radiology room and they had this sign… was then told by STAFF to “just WAIT”and PAY for more parking. Ridiculous.
The staff are Absolutely amazing reception and the technician were so caring and friendly. I've been to many locations but this is my favorite so far....keep up the great work. Will definitely be my go to place from now on
The staff are amazing, caring and explain procedures and risks clearly. The facilities are clean and comfortable.
We booked appointment with them weeks ago and only to get a phone call to rebook our appointment as the person who we had the appointment with had to get the day off. Upon talking to them we were told to come a day earlier or wait 2 weeks. It seems like they care about their schedule and not other people's. I am very disappointed and even trying to reach to their manager Karen didnt help.
