As far as anything medical, they are a awesome place because of the staff
The worst of the worst. I was trying to get thru for 5 hours unsuccessfuly. Every time I dial and requested a callback they took hours to get back to me and 3 different times told me they needed me to transfer me to another line at which time I was on hold for hours and hours and hours ..the worst experience of my life after waiting all day for the phone to ring just to be told I needed to wait I gave up.

Absolutely Unacceptable - Massive Privacy Breach! If you want someone else's test results attached to your medical record, EFW Radiology is the place to go! They somehow managed to report another patient's results onto my personal file. That is a massive error on its own, but what makes it infinitely worse is their complete lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing their own catastrophic mistake, they expect ME to jump through hoops to get it resolved. They messed up, but I'm the one who has to deal... read more
