My wife had an appointment for her ultrasound at 2pm today, and our experience was unacceptable. The front desk staff were very rude with us, very disrespectful, dismissive and unprofessional. Clerk at front refused my dad an x ray for a small typo on req, seemed like she didn’t care to make an effort to accommodate. Told the lady that it’s a follow up and my dad could barely walk due to pain, no empathy, been here multiple times, definitely not returning to this location. Working in a hospital setting we see such errors all the time and would make changes and notify the rad. But she seemed to have her mind made up to turn us away…. Dear Radiology Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Sweta’s exceptional help and kindness. Also marthas at back helping and explaining his n detail to my kid and showing her xray. My daughter needed a walk-in X-ray, and although the requisition had not yet been received, Sweta went above and beyond to assist us. She took the initiative help with contact our family doctor’s office to obtain the requisition, ensuring everything was taken care of so my daughter could have her X-ray without unnecessary delay... read more
Very poor customer service. The radiology staff were rude and unprofessional. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of care and customer service.
