My visit was for a c spine X-ray. I got in immediately and the X-ray technician was amazing. Very nice, patient and knowledgeable.

If improving customer service is truly a priority, there are multiple ways to investigate what happened, including reviewing in-clinic camera footage and the EMR scheduling for our appointment.
