The staff were amazing!!
Great location. Super friendly staff. Very well organized waiting area. Great technicians - Anna, my uktrasound tech was awesome - explained everything very well.
From the moment I arrived, the service at EFW Radiology was excellent. The reception staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Calli (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) took such great care of me. She explained everything very clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole visit. I definitely recommend this EFW Radiology location, although honestly, I’ve always found everyone at their offices to be very friendly and professional.
I’m writing this review in Donald Trump style to be humorous. I went to EFW today and it was a TOTAL DISASTER! A big, beautiful failure. Maybe the biggest failure in the history of medical imaging! They say they are established, but let me tell you, they are just OLD and TIRED. They don’t even send you a reminder text. Nothing! No text, no call, zero communication.
