If you have the option to choose another EFTPOS service provider, I strongly recommend considering alternatives. We have encountered repeated issues with their machines and software, which often show transactions as approved only to decline them later. This has caused significant confusion and frustration for both us and our customers. Is there something wrong with the terminals today? Cant take payments from customers. Cant call yall as the line seemed to be cut. Still 5 stars as I understand stuff happens but just curious on when we can get this sorted
Was expecting to have someone to come and set up, this was not nessessary, just plug in and go. We needed the password for the village WiFi to be entered. Couple if hickups, but were sorted very quickly. Phone line support very good. Talked me through a couple of issues and waited while we put through a refund process. So far all good get a daily report and match up with merchant copies, and can see it in the Bank the next day. Reduces the cash to be banked.
