My experience with Mr James Eftink was exceptionally bad. He consistently ignored emails and phone calls. He unethically billed me for services I did not receive. Gave my minor child inappropriate, inaccurate legal advice regarding a court ordered parenting plan. Gave false testimony at a child support hearing as well as trial. Mr Eftink should not be representing children as a GAL. He did not report physical abuse to child protective services and supported my children's father in violating a court ordered parenting plan.
