Ed and the lad were on time, prompt and got the job done and up and running in the period allowed. Very professional team and know every aspect of their Trades. 100% recommend them and EFS for all your Solar Power needs from Residential to Commercial they have you covered!
These boys did a great job thru rain and shine installing our new solar system. Very communicative, keeping us informed every step of procedure. Appreciate the app keeping us informed in real time. We can comfortable relax with aircon on knowing the New solar is working in our favour. Much appreciated Ed and Guy, with many thanks.
Gioel came to our house and talked us through which system would work best for us to get the maximum out of our system. He explained the whole process from start to finish. The day of the fitting was excellent the fitters turned up on time and worked effortlessly they were quiet and soon had our old panels down and the new ones up and running . I was shown how to use the app and they left with all there rubbish. Highly recommended
Poor service from the outset. Appointment confirmed over the phone for a consult with a Technician almost a week later. All paperwork provided as requested prior to the consult and yet no call ever came. Email back the office to advise them that I never heard from the Technician and never received a reply. Is this just a scam? I’ve provided a lot of personal information to this company and am now being ghosted by them. I wouldn’t recommend
They explained each step clearly, which made me feel comfortable with the entire process. The installers were friendly and professional.
