Great process from first call to completed installation. We had 18kw of solar and the largest Goodwe ESA with 50kwh of storage. Nick the sale chap was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. We are now essentially off grid!
Supposed to be trained installers, not so if they cut wires and patch them up, also created more leaks in the skylights. Need to be more open to possible variations as some panels could of been mounted differently to catch more sun but would of needed support frames and longer connections.
EFS solar have been wonderful to deal with. Kyle was very knowledgeable when he came to consult and quote. Walked us through our power usage and designed a system that will grow with our family. The installation team were great and finished up exactly at the time they’d originally told us. We had some issues with our battery not discharging properly which was sorted as soon as they identified the issue. Everyone at the office was a pleasure to deal with! Would recommend EFS!
A big thank you to Val for her incredible help—she was friendly, patient, and answered all of my countless questions. Scott and his team did an outstanding job with the installation; everything went smoothly, and they left the place completely spotless.
Jonathan the solar specialist came out to give a quote. Instead of selling a solar system, he recommended getting in touch with the energy provider. His honesty wasn't expected in this current economic climate and was deeply appreciated especially in his line of work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Honest, professional and just a decent bloke.
