Pat is very welcoming and fun to work with. Very knowledgeable as well in all things fitness (something that stook out to me was that whenever I had pain during any exercise, he was able to identify the reason pretty quickly with form or stretching) and I definitely made noticeable progress with him.

I came to Pat because I was struggling with the rut I was in working out on my own at home. It had been a part of my routine for so long and then I just lost it. Pat is very knowledgeable and passionate about training and nutrition and overall wellness. He's the perfect combination of motivating and fun to be around that I needed. It's like I'm working out with my friend who also wants to motivate me to get results. I'm glad I found him!
