Zac and the team were Super helpful with helping us solve a suspension issue and getting us the parts We needed within an hour. Definitely recommend!
Boys at EFS are solid. I had a set of springs fail in my 1500 Silverado. Most business send away for warranty and you’re left stuck. The boys at progress road hooked me up with new shocks and coils straight away and upgraded the kit under warranty with a 3 hour turn around. Can’t recommend them enough for sales support and service.
Wasn’t just bad service, it was dangerous. Avoid this place at all costs. Paid almost $5k for an EFS 2.5 MRP suspension install on my 2024 Silverado LTZ. Within 100km the suspension failed, I had to tow it to GMSV. Their inspection confirmed the upper ball joint nut wasn’t tightened at all - A basic, critical step simply not done. EFS Wacol are amazing!! 11/10 for service. I called them through the week to ask some questions regarding the price & what would work best for our vehicle as we live 2.5hrs from store. We went up today(Friday 20/3/26) I spoke with John 1st up he was very helpful, then when I rang back to confirm we would be up to collect, I spoke with Zac. We arrived today & Zac was at the counter & finalised the sale for my partner and I.
