Might be a great orthodontic but their office is balance billing patients illegally. You’re in-network and CANNOT contractually bill patients for services outside of the contracted amount. ITS THE LAW. Great provider, terrible ethics. People are being scammed by this provider to make his pockets fatter and yours empty
RecommendedWhile away from our home in Manhattan, my son broke a bracket on his braces. The good folks at Efros Orthodontics returned my call on a Sunday in the middle of the Covid-19 crisis. While their offices are closed, Jasmine could not have been more helpful with advice and even how-to video instruction. I plan on using their practice when things are up and running again - terrific, friendly service!
