Do not use Therapy 24x7. First, you contact "Efrat", but you will never interact with her. It will be someone else and they don’t tell you beforehand. I was informed of cancellation policies and was told I would be given a 1 time courtesy if you cancel closer than 48 hours. After cancelling the service I was charged for 3 sessions, 2 of them are not suppose to be charged, 1 the waived session and the other I gave more than 48 hours notice. I would be very wary of dealing with this company. Twice they have billed me incorrectly, overcharging me hundreds of dollars due to therapy 24x7's mix ups with insurance and claims. I am still yet to receive my refunds from the over payments. I would strongly recommend using another service so you do not have to deal with months of waiting around on the billing department.

Terrible customer service. The billing department doesn't have a phone number. All you can do is leave a message with the front desk who then sends a message to billing who never calls you back. I was charged almost $700 for two months of sessions that they claim my insurance didn't cover (even though I had the same insurance for two years of sessions here, and it was always covered).
