I would be very wary of dealing with this company. Twice they have billed me incorrectly, overcharging me hundreds of dollars due to therapy 24x7's mix ups with insurance and claims. I am still yet to receive my refunds from the over payments. I would strongly recommend using another service so you do not have to deal with months of waiting around on the billing department.

Terrible customer service. The billing department doesn't have a phone number. All you can do is leave a message with the front desk who then sends a message to billing who never calls you back. I was charged almost $700 for two months of sessions that they claim my insurance didn't cover (even though I had the same insurance for two years of sessions here, and it was always covered).
