This Doctor is the only one from Optium in St. Cloud that I will see. Do your research on reviews about others. PS.and Watch out for Martha :) J/K she is awesome also. Ps make sure to ask about Martha's Broom :)
Dr. Efrain Segura is a very good Doctor. He cares for his patients, takes his time to listen and goes above and beyond to help you. To me he is the number one Doctor that there is out there. I give them one star cause I can't give them any less. Dr. Segura has been treating my parents for quite some time and I have begged them to leave. My dad was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease for over 14 years now. It is always a hassle to get referrals from him. They either take forever to get and when you continue to call they say it has been faxed but the receiving end never receives it, then when you call back they say that they lost it. I have had trouble with this office the last few months, currently I have a prescription that needs to be filled on a drug that's on back order and after many attempts trying to find it at other locations and being told that the doctor's office has to call this doctor's office kindly told me sorry about your bad luck and good luck to you we don't have time to do that. I cannot recommend this facility by any means.
