Dr segura tremendo pero parte de su personal no sirve y son d os d su personal.que no sirven e tenido que llegar para mis medicamento por que su enfermera o asistente y la grnga del c ounter si tu le preguntas por que nunca llegan los refills a tiempo ella la.contestacion que te regala es que eres problematico burlvo y digo el dr segura es fenomenal pero parte de du personal no sirve so espero que mis proximas visitas mis regills lleguen a tiempo y losreferifos tambirn los revlamas y te los enbian.un m mrs despues
Dr. Segura is a gem! Excellent people skills detailed he has no problem explaining things in lay men terms and he ensures that you leave your visit with understanding of any medical concerns and medications. 10 out of 10 for me!!!
This Doctor is the only one from Optium in St. Cloud that I will see. Do your research on reviews about others. PS.and Watch out for Martha :) J/K she is awesome also. Ps make sure to ask about Martha's Broom :)
Dr. Efrain Segura is a very good Doctor. He cares for his patients, takes his time to listen and goes above and beyond to help you. To me he is the number one Doctor that there is out there. I give them one star cause I can't give them any less. Dr. Segura has been treating my parents for quite some time and I have begged them to leave. My dad was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease for over 14 years now. It is always a hassle to get referrals from him. They either take forever to get and when you continue to call they say it has been faxed but the receiving end never receives it, then when you call back they say that they lost it. It's ridiculous how many times this happens. We have to call the insurance company... read more
