If there was a negative star I would grade at it that. I just took off from this office, I was about to start coming to this office, it's closer to home. However, the receptionist in front was super rude, I came in around 3:30 pm, she was eating in the front office. She was unable to help me or answer basic questions, at all times with food in her mouth. I don't recommend this doctor's office, the personnel will be too busy eating to attend to you. So ghetto this lady, to top it off, they don't have an office manager. :(
Dr. Efrain is one of the kindest and most humble doctors in the entire RGV. He resolved issues in just a few weeks that had been dragging on for years. I’m incredibly grateful for his expertise and the attentiveness of his staff.
Dr. Efrain Rodriguez connects well with patients, listens and addresses health issues and concerns. He is very thorough in his explanation of therapy(ies) and communicates expected results. All this done with a passion to serve our community. Simply put, Dr. Efrain Rodriguez is a much needed breathe of fresh air to our community… he’s bringing quality healthcare back to Mission and surrounding areas.
Wow!!! A Dr that actually listened! I had my 1st visit today. I had a great visit with Dr Rodriguez. He had great patient care manners, listened and asked me pertinent questions regarding my health care! I didn’t feel rushed out nor overwhelmed with his treatment plan. Everything was explained in full detail along with the risks of medical conditions. I finally found a good PCP. Thank you Dr Rod!
