Very caring team! They are the best !
Prepare to wait for an 1 hour and a half for your appointment it’s very frustrating. One time I was running a bit behind so I called the office and told them I was about 10 minutes behind the receptionist told me they would cancel my appointment if I don’t get there on time and I will be charge a no show. What a joke!
Everytime I have been there they are 45 mins to an hour late for my appointment.... prescription called in 2 weeks ago to a crappy pharmacy that can't get thier crap together either. I now need my dosage tomorrow but prescription is still not filled because they can't get the Dr's office to reach back to them. Also, this Dr office closes at 4:30pm. But 30 to 45 mins before then they put the after hours message on and tell you to leave a message on a voice box that is full. This is the 4th time I have tried to call them at 3:... read more
Doctor Soto is a great doctor ,very knowledgeable and giving you all the informations needed when he prescribes some new treatment. I like the fact that he is in constant communications with his patients .
