Stayed here lady year, it's a fabulous hotel
Beautiful resort, nice pool area. Outrageous parking & resort fee's. I had a complimentary stay and was still charged resort & parking fee's. I was told because this location is a "resort"! Well I had a complimentary stay at the Hilton Garden Inn with a much, much nicer room and I was not charged any resort fee or parking fee. Not returning to this location!

Amazing Hotel. Immaculately clean. Staff are very polite & helpful. My boys and i stayed for 7 days and we had the grand time staying in this hotel. The spa was awesome and very relaxing. I will definitely come back.
The hotel is beautiful even our hotel on the 9th floor is so beautiful. The staff are so nice. Today they are taking us to Walt Disney World for 6 hours. I love it here❤️
had an awesome time, despite the 12 am fire evacuation. beautiful hotel, awesome amenities, the staff was all very friendly and the kids had plenty to do! will definitely be back!
Arrived at 11 last night and told by valet attendant we had to let a bellhop bring up our bags if we had enough for a cart. Ok. Checked in quickly and efficiently. 2 hours later no bags in the room. I called 3 times and finally they were brought up by security. It was 2am before we got in bed after a 15 hour trip. There is not one USB port in this room. However we slept well and our experience today has been great. Our meal by the pool was superb and grounds are lovely. Looking forward to the rest of the week.
Not happy right now, can't check in, room not ready and the pool is closed. The executive lounge has one cookie, that's something.
