Fantastic place! Great place to grow your sport. Highly recommend
Last year (Freshman) was my son's (Jakob) first year playing football. He was pretty scared, but then about two games into the season he fell in love with football. My son Tom has been training with Jordan at Eforce for over a year now. It has been a great experience. Jordan is a fantastic trainer and really connects with Tom. He is stronger, faster and excited about going to the gym and staying fit. And we can see the results on the baseball field. He is hitting harder, running faster and is just generally more athletic. I can’t recommend Jordan and Eforce more!
If you’re looking for a well guided and supportive fitness program Eforce Fitness is your place. Dan and Brett are knowledgeable and can adapt to anyone’s ability level. I’ve been going to the 5am class for 2.5 years and have been able to lose 30lbs and increase my overall strength tremendously while maintaining my weight which has been a struggle for the last 15 years. I highly recommend and there’s no better to get started on your health than now!
