Emma is super nice and the best waxer ever!!! My experience with her today (5/3/25) was painless and I felt great when I was done. I will say it again the best!!!

When I moved to Richmond I started by going to European wax center. It was okay service but their need to push products stressed me out. I ended up finding EFM waxing through Google and the reviews don’t lie! I went to Emma for at least a year and every time I leave happy. She’s super nice, skilled, and accommodating!
Emma is very knowledgeable and answers any questions I may have. Her place is very clean and it is very easy to schedule appointments! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
