John is great! He is fun, approachable and knowledgeable. He makes every session different. I also like there is a cap on the amount of people training at one time so it is not busy, not waiting for equipment and actually get a chance to meet people. Lots of different machines and equipment. Recommend this place, especially for scared newbies like me. Very welcoming.
John and the Coburg team have created a safe community where everyone is welcome to have some fun along with their exercise. Highly recommend.
EFM Coburg is by far the most connected gym community I have ever been a part of. Everyone is always so supportive of each-other and each session is always so much fun when you're exercising with others!
EFM Coburg is the place where I began to enjoy exercise. I NEVER thought it was possible, but it’s happened. The magic sauce? …encouraging and supportive instructors, NO mirrors, cool music, good hearted people and the kindest community you could ever meet. Seriously, wish I’d found this 20 years ago. And even if and when you fall off the exercise wagon, you’ll just be greeted by encouragement that makes you want to do better.
The team at EFM Coburg are just wonderful. You'd be crazy to work out anywhere else! Community environment and closely watched by qualified trainers to ensure your form is tip top. I look forward to every session!
