Been going to this gym for about 8 years. The program, which changes daily, is outstanding. The trainer, Glen, adapts it if you have injuries or 'some soreness' somewhere. He is always supervising everyone so he'll let you know how to adjust your body to do the exercise properly. If you're like me there's always gentle reminders! :) He has amazing knowledge and a great sense of humour. I have tried other gyms in the area but this is hands down the best one. Awesome knowledge of physical fitness. Dietary requirements. Physio education. Friendly Staff. Good equipment.. Open 6-10am and 4-8pm Mon to Fri Glen has helped me so much. Couldn't believe the dramatic weight loss under his guidance
