I love that EFM gives me a different training program every day so I never get bored like I did with previous gyms. Having a coach available all the time means that my training is always tailored for me - allowing for my injuries, personal goals and even my mood on the day! A friendly team and an unpretentious environment - highly recommended!
I was looking for a down to earth, friendly place to get fit. There were lots of options in the area but none that made me feel welcome and comfortable like coaches Simone, Rodd and Nat. No posers, no mirrors - just normal people like me wanting to stay healthy. I've been going for three years now and don't think I've ever done the same program twice.
