A great place to train and spend some quality time with like minded people.
Great atmosphere, and the PT's are top shelf...they take the time to understand individual needs, strengths, weaknesses and injuries and apply just the right mix of motivation, help and understanding.
Always nice and friendly with equipment that serves my purpose.
Simon and the team are great, the club has a real community atmosphere and you are supported to be your best self and to train at your pace with a bit of strong encouragement to keep pushing past your boundaries. If you’re considering joining a gym around Glenelg give EFM strong consideration, you wont be disappointed.
