I had a challenge totally unrelated to their product (terrible electric fence generator) they helped me to resolve a problem from a product I purchased elsewhere. In this day and age, you just don't see people and companies treat customers this well. These people are just plain amazing, you sure can't go wrong doing business with them!

One of the best inventions for people who need to be sure the fence is working other than going out at night and using one of the glow testers. All I have to do is look out the window and I can see the reflection of the two lamps blinking. Working on electric fences comes with inherit chance of shocking yourself. Once you understand how they work, it's so easy. And if you have a problem call them. They will not leave you stuck with no help. They know how to build and use electric fences.

Recently purchased an electric fence light from this company. I had a few questions about proper setup, so I called them. The response was fantastic! It was like calling your neighbor and asking for help. Not only were my questions answered, but the owner took the time to explain the detailed function of the fence light and the best way to set it up. He even warned me about hooking the fence light up to the fence too close to the fence charger so as to prolong the life of the LEDs in the custom bulb. If you need electric fen... read more
