eFIT is a special place. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. It’s the best decision I’ve made for my mental and physical health.
Love my experience at eFIT! I mostly do the training program with Coach Mike and he is amazing! Courtney does great somatics and mobility classes as well and they are wonderful! Highly reommend you check out eFIT! The community is wonderful here!
The people, the energy, the holistic approach (somatics, nutrition support, gym (small group) guided support, the weekly smoothie bowl social). A gem in the Hammer!!!
I joined eFit about 18months ago as I was looking for a new gym community. I found that and much more. The head trainer, Mike, is my friend, my rock, my support, my motivation and my cheerleader. I have accomplished many new personal bests with his guidance and knowledge through one on one sessions and group classes.
