Shouldn’t even give them 1 star but they did come out but we asked for R39 paperback insulation a few pieces had paper on the back and we got all kinds of mess! The rest of it was pieces they had left over from other jobs. Some of it was thick and some was thin. If it was thin, they put in 2 layers to make it thicker. They didn’t use enough wire to hold the pieces up so about 2 weeks later the stuff was falling down. We called back and asked them to come back out and they never did. Efird's was awesome. Not only were they by far the most affordable insulation company I got a quote from, the team showed up and was incredibly friendly and conscience. Their work was outstanding and I'm so happy I went with them for my insulation needs.
Never showed up. Had to call multiple times to even receive a text from these people, and they wanted to reschedule because it's hot outside. Complete waste of time.
In April of 2022 the owner of the company came to my home to receive payment for the job and I showed her where her workers had failed to insulate about a 1/4 of my ceiling. She apologized and told me that her workers would be back in two weeks to complete the job. It is now November and I have called her office multiple times. I’ve went to her officer 4 times and left messages and the owner will not return my calls or messages.
